You're Invited to Let's Get Movin' for Kids!
A family-friendly dance party to keep the early learning opportunities in California MOVIN' for kids and families!
You are cordially invited to come boogie at the Capitol with MomsRising, First 5 Sacramento, Children Now, Common Sense Kids Action, and the office of Senator Richard Pan on Thursday, June 1st!
Why are we boogieing??
Well, the California budget is movin’ through through its final steps to approval, and we want to make sure our Sacramento lawmakers know that early learning, including preschool and childcare, are critical to keeping our families movin’ and groovin’ through life. That's why I'm inviting YOU to a free and fun Early Learning Dance Party at the State Capitol with live music by Sacramento kid's band, The Hoots!
It's going to be a rockin' good time! RSVP now!
There’s no age limit for this dance—everyone from grandma to the baby to the babysitter is invited! We know that it’s easier to shake off the stress when you don’t have to choose between your job and access to high-quality, affordable childcare, so let’s get movin’ in Sacramento together on Thursday, June 1st!
MomsRising is hosting this event, along with our friends at First 5 Sacramento, Children Now, Common Sense Kids Action, and the office of Senator Richard Pan.
