Meeting Outcome:
- To understand the core values of the Sacramento ACES Connection partners to create a set of guiding principles to inform how the group will work collaboratively moving forward.
4:00 p.m. Welcome and Introductions All Partners
Each attendee will partner with another, and ask the question, “What infuriates you about your work in Adverse Childhood Experience?” Attendees will then introduce their partner, and share their partner’s response to the question.
4:30 p.m. Click Down Deep Dive Exercise All Partners
Each attendee will work with at least one partner to determine at least core values each. Core values should be 1-2 word statements that describe what partners care most about their work related to Adverse Childhood Experience.
5:00 p.m. Understanding Our Values All Partners
Attendees will discuss the reasoning behind their choice of core values with the group. Attendees will then break out into groups and be assigned at least one value, and create two, one-sentence statements that best describes what the assigned value means to them.
5:15 p.m. Questions, Next Steps, and Follow-up All Partners Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions, and provide updates on the Sacramento ACES Connection collaboration.
