Sacramento County Division of Behavioral Health Services is seeking information to understand the mental health needs for children and youth aged 6 to 21 and their caregivers. Using an online survey, we want to know where youth or families get help, and what can be improved to help youth and families in crisis. Provided below is a link to the survey (previously distributed in English and is now translated into six threshold languages), which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Please feel free to forward the survey link to others who may be interested in giving their feedback. We are especially interested in hearing from parents, caregivers and youth who have sought help with a mental health crisis situation. The survey will close on Friday, December 18th. Thank you for your time in completing this survey. The feedback will be used to improve mental health services to children and families.
