A Rehabilitation Program targeting identified impacts of a parent’s incarceration upon the parent, the children left behind, the changed family unit, and upon social communities using a well-designed character-based curriculum to establish self-identity as a responsible Parent – not an Offender while re-establishing healthy relationships and goal-setting habits of contribution to community.
HIBISCUS PUBLISHING will Certify those registrants who satisfactorily complete the Facilitator Training & Certification Course as Facilitator-Educators certified to teach A Parent’s Message – The Program©.
