Capitol Health Network, with funding from The California Endowment, has created a Navigator Training Academy and is offering free in-service training to current Community Health Workers, Health Navigators, Promotoras and Advocates in the Sacramento region.
The training is designed to help navigators and ultimately their clients better understand where to find, how to access and utilize resources, programs, and services. Check out the flyer attached – our next class starts April 11!
- Learn about resources, where to find them and how to access them.
- Receive new tools to guide you through complex case management.
- Explore the programs and services that address social determinants
- Develop new professional relationships with others as you train in small groups, with presentations delivered by experts in the field.
