Family strengthening professionals are introduced to the power and purpose of parent coaching, through a Webinar training series. Over the course of the series, participants will grow their parenting knowledge and facilitation skills to be better prepared to lead ten valuable parenting conversations. In Webinar 4, we learn how to find a balanced parenting approach, somewhere between pushing too hard and expecting too little, turning discipline situations into learning opportunities.
