The two-day training for pro bono attorneys and legal providers is an in-depth overview of the legal issues faced by trafficking survivors. Topics include:

Overview of legal definition of trafficking
Criminal victim witness advocacy
Ethical issues
Intro to civil remedies
Immigration benefits
Family law advocacy
Acess to Public benefits
Best practices working with multidisciplinary teams

This training provides up to 14 hours of MCLE credits including 1 Elimination of Bias credit for participants who attend both full days.
