The planned 80,000-square-foot Live Well Center will include services for families looking for medical coverage and food assistance as well as behavioral health, probation and child welfare offices. It will be the fourth such center opened by the county.
The other Live Well Centers in Chula Vista, National City and Escondido aim to better serve county residents in accordance with the county's Live Well San Diego vision, which calls for access to healthy, safe and thriving communities.
