What an honor it is to collaborate with you! Tremendously excited to learn from and share with each of you, please know how grateful I am to co-create our collective impact county-wide. We have an unprecedented opportunity before us; a historical opportunity. With great opportunity comes great responsibility. Grateful to collaborate with so many of you presently, my heart feels we are absolutely "who we are waiting for". So many of you are the Champions on the front line, with boots on the ground, working directly with our community residents in their homes, schools, churches, and neighborhood settings.
We have all been blessed with an exceptional platform of transforming our Systems as we wrap around the children, youth, adults, and seniors in the communities we serve. Our collective synergy is evolving into our intentional Collective Impact. 2015 is our year!
