A HHSA RFP that was just posted on 2/2 for Safe Parking. It is attached, the Statement of Work is on pages 48-56. Key notes below:

2 sites, one at Magnolia in El Cajon and the other on Bancroft in Spring Valley. Start dates are 8/1 for El Cajon (contingent on site improvements), and 5/1 for Spring Valley.
Referrals may only be made from OHS Outreach Teams, there are no self referrals allowed
No RV or large van parking
No cooking
Open 7 days/week, from 7pm-7am
Information required to be entered into HMIS within 24 hours
- Extensive weekly and monthly reporting requirements - would it make more sense for these reports to come directly from us and HMIS with reimbursement of RTFH staff time by the County?
Requires information to be entered into CIE
Proposals due 3/10
