Community Listening Session (Jackie Robinson Family YMCA)

As a cause-driven organization, one of our greatest strengths is our ability to listen and respond to the needs of the communities we serve. Join us at Jackie Robinson Family YMCA for a Community Listening Session on May 12 at 5:00pm to help us learn how we can improve family support services in Southeast San Diego. We will also be holding a Virtual Listening Session via Zoom on May 17.

We hope to gather ideas and input on how to strengthen community collaborations and improve services such as child care, transportation, housing, employment support, mentoring services and more.

We want to better understand the successes, challenges, barriers and experiences accessing and utilizing resources/services in the Southeast San Diego area. Through these community listening sessions, we hope to gather ideas and input on how to strengthen community collaborations and improve services. You have been invited to be part of this conversation because of your valuable knowledge, experience and lived experience living in Southeast San Diego.
