Live Well @ Work - Leading Well From Within Dr. Daniel Friedland, an internationally recognized dynamic keynote speaker and author of Leading Well from Within, helps businesses and agencies transform their workforce into high performing, innovative, engaged leaders and teams so they can take their organizations to the next level.

Community Lab - Creating a Plan to Advance Person-Centered Service Participants will define key challenges to delivering person-centered service and engage in a Design Thinking session facilitated by IBM experts to create solutions. This innovative approach quickly and effectively focuses on outcomes by understanding intent and developing empathy for key stakeholders.

Strengthening Connections Between Residents and Law Enforcement - A Best Practice for Creating Safe Environments Relationships between community members and local law enforcement rooted in mutual trust and respect are critical to maintaining public safety. Come hear from local leaders working to strengthen these relationships on how they approach this critical task and be part of a larger conversation on how to best move forward towards this goal in our communities. 

CONNECTION HUB

The Connection Hub will be an interactive area in the lobby where attendees can network and engage with local organizations and subject matter experts. We will have a pop-up bookstore on site offering books in support of the day's breakout sessions. We will also host a Prescription Drug Drop Box on site for proper disposal of unwanted, unused or expired prescription drugs.
