The University Senate is proud to honor Dr. Audrey Hokoda -- the 2018-19 recipient of the Senate Excellence in Teaching Award. As the awardee, Professor Hokoda will be recognized by the title Senate Distinguished Professor.

Please join us from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, at Templo Mayor (in the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union) to honor Professor Hokoda.

Professor Hokoda will be joined by academic colleagues, community representatives, and students who have been partners in her work in youth violence prevention, specifically on bullying, teen dating violence and domestic violence.

Refreshments will be served.
