San Diego LECTURE: How To Become Well And Stay Well With A Bipolar Diagnosis: 10 Simple And Practical Tips

Have you or has someone you care about been diagnosed with bipolar disorder?  Has it been an ongoing struggle to create a balanced life, possibly maintaining wellness for a short time, only to be drawn back into the vicious up and down cycle of mood instability?  What if it were possible to become well and stay well in the face of the inevitable stressors of life.  At this live lecture, you will learn simple and practical tips to enhance your level of wellness and ability to maintain it long-term.  A bipolar diagnosis does not have to be a life sentence of suffering, anguish, and dashed hopes and dreams.  Instead, it can become a strength that fosters personal growth and enhances one’s life.  The tips outlined in this talk are designed to provide a solid foundation for a lasting recovery.
