After seven years, the San Diego Trauma Informed Guide Team (SD-TIGT) had evolved and grown significantly, as had the trauma informed movement. Getting on the Same Page: Developing a Strategic Plan
Plans change. That was a key lesson learned by the San Diego Trauma-Informed Guide Team (SD-TIGT) as the group worked to hone a strategic plan. I have been away for too long. I am now working with Seaport Home Health and Hospice as hospice chaplain. We have the potential to grow and impact many families in the county. I intend to help our organization to be a real trauma informed agency and have the support of my CEO and Director of Patient Care Services (and colleagues). So sorry to have missed the meeting! Sounds like it was wonderful, as always! Our denomination had an online Annual Conference which meant zooming from 7 AM until usually 8:30 PM Thursday Friday and Saturday… Plus Wednesday evening and Sunday morning! Is there a recording of the meeting available, perhaps? I did see the document of the meeting minutes, And perhaps simply did not notice a link for a recording.
