A Strategy Brief published by Casey Family Programs highlights an authentic engagement approach developed by ChiByDesign.

The four key pillars in ChiByDesign's approach are trauma-informed and highlight how engaging those with lived experience in our programs and service development creates a co-designer relationship and can facilitate authentic system transformation.

Four Key Pillars:

sharing power;
prioritizing people with lived experiences;
creating physical and psychological safety; and
equipping everyone to fully engage.
