Children and Family Resource Services is a young 501(3)(c) formed in partnership with Santa Barbara County Education Office. While the nonprofit is young, our multiple programs have been operating for many years, providing comprehensive programs to support the health and resilience of the children and families in Santa Barbara County.

The vision of Welcome Every Baby Family Connects is that all Santa Barbara County infants and their families are welcome members of our community and thrive in safe and nurturing homes.
Our mission is to provide screening, education, support and referral services to all infants and their families in Santa Barbara County through comprehensive, family-centered, voluntary, culturally appropriate services.
The mission of Health Linkages is to improve the health outcomes for children in Santa Barbara County by increasing access to preventative health and social services. We hope to improve community capacity and the ability of early education, care providers, teachers, and parents to respond to the children's physical and behavioral issues.
The Health Linkages Program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for Santa Barbara County children by initiating and strengthening the linkages between the health, safety, social services, and education communities, and the children and families they serve.

The Santa Barbara County CSEFEL Teaching Pyramid Leadership Team envisions a culture within Santa Barbara County that acknowledges and supports the social and emotional well-being of every young child.
