Screening and assessment may sometimes identify the need for parenting resources. In this meeting, we will highlight a number of parenting resources available in Santa Clara County including invited participants and presenters from agencies and organizations such as Family Resource Centers, Parent Cafes, Parents Helping Parents, Baby Steps at Catholic Charities, the Child Advocacy Center (CAC), and others.

We invite you to join us to learn more about the specific resources available from each agency, how parents, clinics, and healthcare providers can make referrals, obtain referral follow up, and access client navigators, and to engage in discussion about strengthening the network of care in Santa Clara County.
