Just want to share the last training session being facilitated by Tia Martinez on the Life Course Framework.

Santa Clara County's Cross-Agency Services Team (CAST), a partnership of social service agencies, government leaders, and community-based organizations, have been working together to change conditions and remove barriers for families accessing programs and services. CAST's goal is to help children become resilient and lift families out of an on-going cycle of poverty. The partnership has been offering various learning opportunities related to: "The Life Course Framework (LCF) & Overview of the Santa Clara County CAST Single System of Support"

This training facilitated by Tia Martinez will be the last one for this fiscal year. Please share across your network and organizations.
