Today, the San Jose Mercury News posted an oped I wrote:

Opinion: What to do with harassers outed by #MeToo? Can't throw 'em all in jail

It's based on a much longer essay I posted in December: We can't stop sex harassment by firing or incarcerating our way out; we can stop it by using ACEs science.

I think it's perfect timing, given the amazing speech that Oprah Winfrey gave last night at the Golden Globe awards...

...as well as comments and speeches by other award presenters and recipients.
