Please join us in our next scheduled MCAH Program's - ACEs Network Community Convening Meeting.

Santa Clara County ACEs Network Connection – Community Convening Meetings are generally held quarterly on 2nd Tuesday of the month from 9:00a-11:00a. Meetings feature SCC ACEs Network Connection updates. It also provides opportunity for networking, as well as discussions and learning with community partners about best practice models on how to effectively integrate trauma-informed and resilience building practices into work, family, community and individual lives.
