Tia Martinez - The Life Course Framework (LCF) & Overview of the Santa Clara County CAST Single System of Support | Resilient SCC PACEs Network

Santa Clara County's Cross-Agency Services Team (CAST), a partnership of social service agencies, government leaders, and community-based organizations, is working together to change conditions and remove barriers for families accessing programs and services. CAST's goal is to help children become resilient and lift families out of an on-going cycle of poverty. The partnership is pleased to offer its first learning opportunity in Spanish. You are invited to attend any of the below trainings meant to build capacity across all systems. The Santa Clara County CAST has agreed to collectively work on interrupting the intergenerational cycle of the disadvantaged and poverty in our communities by implementing the life course framework (LCF) through an integrated Single System of Support Framework. This will allow for the system to change conditions and remove barriers by shifting policy and practices while achieving a common agenda where "All children, youth and families are on a path to achieving sustainable, positive life outcomes based on their hopes and aspirations for the future".

There will be a series of trainings with Tia Martinez on the Life Course Framework and an overview of the CAST Single System of Support. These trainings, some virtually and some in person (for the time being) will be offered on five separate dates. February 1, 2022; March 3, 2022; April 7, 2022 and May 5, 2022.
