The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Services. This RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the competitive selection process and the required documentation necessary for the submission of proposals. All interested proposers must meet the requirements specified in this RFP. Proposers must have qualified staff on hand for this project and be ready to begin work on the date this project is initiated.
