Holly, thank you for sharing this! With the first of the Office of Resilience and Recovery's community meetings taking place tonight, this could not have been more fortuitously timed. I'm planning on attending tonight's meeting, and I know that Allen is as well. I'll print out this blog post, and possibly one or more of the linked resources, to have handy at that meeting.
