Next Thursday, August 26th from 3-4PM is the monthly Sonoma County ACEs Connection meeting. Gravenstein Health Action Coalition will be giving a presentation. Below is the zoom link as well as information on an upcoming Sonoma County ACEs Connection social event. The social will be held on September 2nd at 6PM, outside at Gravenstein Grill in Sebastopol.
