This promising short video, created by Allen Nishikawa, was screened at our last monthly meeting. It is intended as a brief introduction to ACEs, similar to an "elevator speech": a quick and general overview to spark interest and further discussion. Those of us in attendance were very pleased! ACEs Connection staff has offered to provide graphics that are more uniform and also music that does not require permission to use.

Allen requests input and suggestions on the message and text. Along with the video version, a slide version is attached to make viewing and commenting easier.

This is incredible! I think the messaging is right on.

A couple possible additions for your group's consideration:

1. Add a frame that addresses wounded healers/vicarious trauma: "It's not just them it's us," Dr. Robert Anda

2. Add law enforcement (police) to the "more people" frame.
