Please join us for a Northern California offering of the Strategies 2.0 workshop, “Reflective Supervision.” It is a great opportunity to fine-tune your leadership skills and gain tools for making the most of supervisory relationships.

It will be held the Child Abuse Prevention Center, 4700 Roseville Road, North Highlands, on Monday Feb. 5^th from 12:30-4PM.

Description: Develop more effective supervisor-supervisee relationships by examining and practicing the components of reflective supervision. Explore strategies to be responsive, rather than reactive. Learn how to use the parallel process and active listening/waiting to support staff who then support families–thus creating more effective working relationships all around.
