St. Joseph Health (Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital) is conducting its triennial Community Health Needs Assessment in alignment with their mission to improve the health and quality of life of the people and communities they serve.
As part of the assessment, they want to hear from community residents throughout the county about what matters to them and their families’ health, about what they see as the biggest needs for the community in making our home towns as healthy as they can be. This is a great opportunity for folks to advocate for more support from St. Joseph Health around ACEs and Trauma Informed Care.
You are invited to join in a community forum on March 28th from 6-8pm at the Finley Community Center in Santa Rosa to share your thoughts and give your input to the Health Needs Assessment. St. Joseph Health will use the Assessment to guide its community benefit programs and investments to improve community health. Your voice is important!
The meeting will include free food and child care – all are welcome. Translation services will be available for non-English speakers.
