This document provides a list of county-wide (mostly) groups and initiatives in Washington State addressing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma-informed approaches, toxic stress, and resilience. In many communities there are other local ACEs-related groups and initiatives. In most cases, the contact people listed can provide information about the work throughout their county.

 The purpose of this list is to encourage connections to and across the groups and initiatives, in order to:

• Prevent and mitigate adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
• Promote resilience and safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments.
• Promote equity and racial justice.
• Prevent substance abuse and promote mental health.

… so that all children, youth, families and communities have equal opportunity for educational success, economic stability, health, and well-being.

 For some counties the Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) coalition or Early Learning Regional Coalition is listed when that is the primary ACES-related group or initiative in the county. For the other counties, links to the CPWI coalitions and Early Learning Regional Coalitions are listed below the county listings.

 Links to other local, regional, and statewide ACEs-related groups are also listed below: Accountable Communities of Health, Community Café Collaborative of Washington, and Family Youth System Partner Round Table (FYSPRTs).
