Dear King County Parent and Family Coalition members and friends,
Staying connected is so important during this time - simply seeing and talking to each other can be a big help. Further below are some tips and resources from NAMI on how to care for your mental health, and maintaining social connection is a big one. One way to do that is to "zoom in" to The Arc's virtual support groups for conversation with people who get it.
How? Click on the link at the designated time and you will be connected automatically.
