Re: Are the Words "Toxic Stress" Toxic? Re-thinking the Narrative About Early Life Stress
I am looking forward to this! I recently heard a presenter argue that there is no such thing as "stress" at all - only fear. They made the connection between all of the things we consider "stress" responses are really just fight or flight fear responses. It has made me rethink how we are framing toxic stress and ACEs for parents and caregivers.
