Yolo County Children’s Alliance is excited to announce our annual Back to School Health Fair!
DATE: Thursday, August 1st, 2019
LOCATION: Family Resource Center, 637 Todhunter Ave, West Sacramento
TIME : 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. We’d love for you to join us!
The focus of the event is to provide West Sacramento youth with school supplies and to equip families with valuable local resources. Youth grades K-12 will be receiving backpacks and there will be a bike raffle! Your participation will help prepare our families for the upcoming school year.
If you’d like to participate or to send a representative from your agency please fill out the attached registration form. We are asking that you to please provide an activity to attract both adults and their children to your table. Please e-mail the completed form to guadalupe.lugo@yolocounty.org by Monday, July 15th, 2019.
