Free Landlord and Tenants Workshop

Is mediation the answer? Find out, when Yolo Conflict Resolution Center (YCRC) hosts a workshop about tenants and landlords. Keith Banks, Esq, will be leading the workshop. Learn about the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords, as well as available mediation services to assist with resolution of tenant-landlord disputes. This workshop will cover a variety of topics, including the nuts and bolts of landlord-tenant law, lease requirements, tenant screening, tenant rights, mediation and California Fair Housing Law.

We are offering this workshop twice. First, it will be taking place on Tuesday, February 23rd, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at the Woodland Library in the Leake Community Room. We will offer it again on Thursday, March 3rd, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at the Arthur F. Turner Library in West Sacramento.
