Help plan how MHSA funds are allocated in Yolo County

Yolo County Health and Human Services (HHSA) invites the public to participate in the community planning process to inform how the county should use the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) resources allocated each year to Yolo County.

Yolo County HHSA uses MHSA funds to expand and enhance the mental health system of care throughout the county and are inclusive of Full Service Partnership, Prevention, Access and Linkage, Early Intervention, and Outreach.  We encourage broad support and feedback from the community to help us identify what is missing and how we can improve.  HHSA has begun the annual update process (which provides public information about currently funded programs and takes feedback to inform how the programs are doing).  In the first quarter of 2019, HHSA will begin planning a new MHSA Three Year Plan (which sets a plan funding for three years and incorporates feedback from the community planning process to inform if HHSA should fund new programs).
