OPPORTUNITY FOR FOSTER YOUTH: YCOE Mentors Available!

Yolo County Office of Education is thrilled to have hired three AmeriCorps members, Shannon Feil, David Benitez, and Zahira Elmansoumi. See their wonderful bios attached!

They are available to provide the following to foster youth ages 12-21: tutoring, life skills, financial literacy, college and career readiness, job skills, and mentoring. Services can be provided virtually or in-person practicing social distancing with masks. In addition, the members can connect youth to the Independent Living Program as well as community resources.
