Yolo County Children's Alliance is excited to announce our annual Back to
School Health Fair! This event will be held Saturday, August 11th, 2018 at
our Family Resource Center, 637 Todhunter Ave, West Sacramento, CA 95605
from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We'd love for you to join us!
The focus of the event is to provide West Sacramento youth with school
supplies and to equip families with valuable local resources. Youth grades
K-12 will be receiving backpacks through the hard work of our participating
planning committee and there will be a bike raffle! Your participation will
help prepare our families for the upcoming school year.
If you'd like to participate or to send a representative from your agency
please fill out the attached registration form. We are asking that you
