In this workshop, we will reckon, rumble and rise with and through our own shame stories, navigating courage, compassion, truth, grief and forgiveness along the way. We will learn how to get curious, reckon with our emotions, rumble with our own stories and learn how to make our new stories so intrinsic in our lives it will feel like a revolution.
