Contact in Davis is Natalie Zehnder if needed West sac contact will get the flier from Julie and Jessica Gail to go to DPU meeting 9/14 with info; will they send it out to their distribution list Gail to send out to the YOlo Solano Therapy group Student volunteers to promote the event on campus (Pioneer HS and DHS)

- Staffing: All Steering committee meeting staff, student volunteers to work the event
- Logistics: Julie to ask Natalie Zehnder to check on tech needs for Davis sites "planted" responses - Sarah R for Woodland and Natalie Z for Davis, maybe a student volunteer?
- Jessica L will talk with Judge Basha about saying something about Walla Walla's process Julie to ask Tracey to find out how to project the Yolo ACEs Connection page in the background.
- Ramy to ask Tracy for the contact at Pioneer HS to test the AV stuff Interest Cards (Karleen/Tracy) - need pencils, Julie to look into pencils Regan to send out to the FRCs Julie to blog on our post and cross post to Sacramento, will email from BrownBag (Ramy suggested looking into ThunderClap) Gail suggests working with Sac to co promote
