TOOLKIT and WEBINAR: Developmental Screening and Referral Toolkit for Pediatric Clinics

The Developmental Screening and Referral Toolkit for Pediatric Clinics was developed by Help Me Grow LA as part of their First Connections partnership. The toolkit, the first of three to be designed to support different types of agencies in embedding developmental screening and linkage for young children, was unveiled in July at First 5 LA’s First Connections Forum.

At 10:30am on Wednesday, September 9, please join the First 5 Learning Collaborative for a presentation on a toolkit designed as a practical guide to support pediatric medical clinics in accurately implementing or refining a high-quality approach to developmental screening and linkage for young children.
