Join us for a free webinar to learn important Strategies for Promoting Healthy Teen Relationships.
This webinar presents a compelling case for including teen dating violence prevention in your school’s efforts to improve school climate. Safe Dates, Hazelden Publishing’s evidence-based program, has decades of research showing its ability to prevent and reduce teen dating violence by helping students develop skills for building caring and supportive relationships. In this presentation, representatives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation will explore the school’s role in preventing teen dating violence and give highlights of CDC’s Dating Matters® comprehensive teen dating violence prevention model program, which includes Safe Dates as the 8th grade school-based component available from Hazelden Publishing.

- Explain actions schools can take to effectively prevent and respond to teen dating violence
- Describe each of the components of the comprehensive Dating Matters prevention model, including Safe Dates, the 8th grade school-based component
