TRAINING on Strengthening Families™ Protective Factors Framework implementation

The Children’s Trust Fund Alliance is pleased to partner with ProSolutions Training to make available an online training to support implementation of the Strengthening Families™ Protective Factors Framework in multiple settings. This curriculum includes new materials on partnering with parents and addresses promising strategies to strengthen families for practitioners. Trainings are available for free for providers and parents, but if you want to earn CEUs and state credits, there is a fee.

Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants

On April 15, Governor Newsom announced one-time disaster relief assistance for undocumented Californians impacted by COVID-19, who are ineligible for most other forms of pandemic assistance, including direct assistance under the CARES Act and unemployment insurance. During Covid, CDSS is offering additional food benefits for children and youth who receive free and reduced lunch or already receive Cal Fresh support.
