This Friday July 7th , we will hold a Resilient Barbecue at Stonegate Lakeshore Apartments, 1175 Lake Boulevard Davis. I’m pleased to announce that through a generous donation, reduced fees and scholarships are now available for the LBGTQ Youth Counseling Group scheduled to start on July 24th . The group will focus on friendships, self-esteem, identity, school issues, family issues and other concerns. For teens ages 13-18. Free Yoga in the Park - Davis Community Park

In Davis there is free yoga in the park on Saturday mornings (9-10:15) run through Yoga Moves Us . This last Saturday Dion Wiedenhoefer taught a wonderful trauma-informed yoga class. I love the Sat. classes - it is such a nice way to create a resilient healthy happy community! I have run into many old friends, current yogi friends and met some new friends.
