Mental Health Support: Peer-to-Peer Classes via Zoom

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Yolo presents 8 virtual, free, support classes on Wednesdays for peers (adults-18+) living with a mental health condition. With funding provided by First 5 Yolo, starting July 7th, Help Me Grow Yolo and Northern California Children's Therapy Center will be offering our Developmental Sensory group and Movement and Dance playgroups at Gracie Hiddleson Park in Woodland. Workshops for Caregivers

Foster & Kinship Care Education is presenting a new parenting series with classes offered once a month, starting tomorrow morning at 10:30am. Please pass this along to any parent who you believe would benefit from these trainings. The focus will be on children who have experienced trauma and, of course, on children in foster care.
