It will be held the Child Abuse Prevention Center, 4700 Roseville Road, North Highlands, on Monday Feb. 5th from 12:30-4PM.
Description: Develop more effective supervisor-supervisee relationships by examining and practicing the components of reflective supervision. Explore strategies to be responsive, rather than reactive. Learn how to use the parallel process and active listening/waiting to support staff who then support families–thus creating more effective working relationships all around.
