Workshop: Building Strong Relationships Through Conflicts

Yolo Conflict Resolution Center (YCRC) is pleased to offer a free community workshop at the Winters Public Library, “Building Strong Relationships Through Conflicts.” It is taking place on Tuesday, March 15^th from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Join us for the workshop to discuss the nature of conflict, how it impacts our lives and communities, and how we can turn conflicts into opportunities to connect with people. In the workshop we will:

Examine the nature of conflict and how it impacts our lives and communities.
Explore different ways individuals respond to conflict and behaviors that escalate and de-escalate conflict.
Learn and practice effective listening and communication as a tool to de-escalate conflict.
Understand how we can turn conflicts into opportunities to connect with people.
