Donation Yoga class to benefit yoga for preschoolers - THIS SUNDAY

A special donation-based vinyasa yoga flow class this Sunday, 12/13 from 3:00-4:15 at Akasha Yoga Studio in downtown Davis . In Davis there is free yoga in the park on Saturday mornings (9-10:15) run through Yoga Moves Us . This last Saturday Dion Wiedenhoefer taught a wonderful trauma-informed yoga class.
