Donation Yoga class to benefit yoga for preschoolers - THIS SUNDAY

A special donation-based vinyasa yoga flow class this Sunday, 12/13 from 3:00-4:15 at Akasha Yoga Studio in downtown Davis . This is class is for adults and all donations ($10-$15 OR bring a new yoga mat)  go to support preschool age children who will be participating in a study investigating the benefits of yoga among preschoolers. (Flyer is attached)

Talks about relationships and connecting with community (which I think is what we are trying to do at Sacramento ACEs Connection!).   The overload is a phenomenon he describes as Multiple Simultaneous Conflicting Imperatives or MSCI, pronounced "messy".
