A special donation-based vinyasa yoga flow class this Sunday, 12/13 from 3:00-4:15 at Akasha Yoga Studio in downtown Davis . This is class is for adults and all donations ($10-$15 OR bring a new yoga mat)  go to support preschool age children who will be participating in a study investigating the benefits of yoga among preschoolers. (Flyer is attached)

Kaiser Permenente doctor John Chuck is interviewed on KVIE's Studio Sacramento. He talks about  how people can make changes in their overloaded lives.
