It's the bottom line to EVERYTHING. Homelessness, any addiction, health problems, hopelessness...these continue to thrive because no one is looking at ACES, THE ROOT. Pulling the leaves off of a weed and expecting it to still not be planted, rooted and growing in the ground is ridiculous.
