This is the dedicated global community of the CRC Accelerator certification program and serves as an official home for individual advocates and organizational agents of change to gather, share and discuss ideas, and innovate together as a community. Let’s build on impactful strategies to create, grow, and sustain trauma-informed resilient communities through a PACEs science lens across.
This site is a private peer-to-peer community for ACEs Aware grantees to share information, tools and resources. Through this Community, Grantees can communicate about issues and share opportunities and lessons learned. In addition, ACEs Aware webinars, blog posts and grantee information from Aurrera Health Group will be shared and stored here for easy access.
We at ACEs Caribbean Community are here to raise awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and promote Protective Factors, Positive Experiences, Hope, and Resilience throughout the Caribbean. Our desire is to inform and transform our region to see more empowered, trauma-informed, and resilient people, families, communities, organisations, and nations.
The Alberta Champions for Children is a community committed to creating an ACEs Aware and Resilience Informed Alberta. We work together to grow understanding of how childhood trauma can affect a person’s social, mental, and physical health across the lifespan and are committed to inspiring a Province that is able to meet individual’s with the compassion needed to break the cycle of intergeneratio
Experiencing hardships as a child can cause many problems as we get older. This community is a place where people living and working in NJ can come together to help prevent adverse childhood experience (ACEs) and create a healthier, happier state. This group was created by the NJ ACEs Collaborative, NJ DCF, the Center for Health Care Strategies, and NJEA — but made stronger by you!
In East Africa and the Horn, there is growing recognition that the needs of disadvantaged groups and communities have complex inter-related and intersections largely due to inequity. There is also recognition that these groups and communities have assets at the social and community level that can help improve key/basic needs like health and education and strengthen resilience to such issues.
Vision: Reduce the incidence of child trauma and mental illness in children and youths. Mission: Engage children and families to promote health, prevent disease and build resilience by using schools and health settings as buffers against toxic stress in a trauma-sensitive manner where children/youths feel safe, welcomed and supported to address trauma impact on development, learning and behavior
