What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I was trained in Dr. Felutti's ACE studies held at Kaiser Permanente in the 1990s. At the time I was interning as a social work student with Humboldt County's Public Health Branch Domestic Violence Prevention Program. Currently, I teach "at risk" youth in a youth work program setting. I also teach part-time at the SLT jail where inmates most likely would score high on the ACE assessment. My interests are in educating students about the variety of healing modalities that improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
